With the increase of the pandemic, first-aid equipments, such as the ventilator, anesthesia machine and CT machine are in urgently short. Our customers who manufactures medical equipments get orders far beyond their capacity, meaning requiring a large number of wires and cables in a short time. In order to meet customer’s urgent deadline and contribute our effort to fight the pandemic, since Feb. 12th, we have been working overtime. However, some imported materials, such as German LEMO connectors, were not able to deliver on time. Not satisfied with the result after many times communication through phone calls and emails, our purchasing director and his team went to LEMO Shanghai to negotiate with them in person. Eventually, they took our order as first priority and arranged production immediately. The delivery time was one month earlier than responded before which can meet the customer’s lead time now.
